Live Cams HD for iPad will be ready for sale in early June 2010. This new application is undergoing final testing and bugfixes before submission to the App Store. A new version of Live Cams (4.0) will also be available at that time, with both applications sharing the same feature set. New option added for video performance tweaking. You may now choose between higher resolution or faster frame rates. This feature is extremely limited at the moment and is only effective on select Canon and Axis devices. If the camera is configured to output multiple streams then it may be possible to change between high and low resolution. At the time this was written it was found that most camera administrators have been lowering their resolutions due to the overwhelming number of connected users. We will continue to expand the number of cameras supported in the future but we'll introduce the option in case it helps.
